Firetree Chocolate
Firetree makes sophisticated, complex chocolate sourced from remote volcanic islands. This is special stuff!
They buy their cocoa beans directly from small estates on volcanic islands in the South Seas and Oceania. Much like grapes in fine winemaking, each of Firetree’s bars has distinct, complex flavours reflecting the terroir of its origin.
For example, the bar made with cocoa beans from farmer Lucy in the Solomon Islands has rich raisin, and caramel flavours, while the Madagascar Sambirano Valley bar has vibrant raspberry and red-fruit tones. Firetree hold Great Taste Awards stars across their whole core range.
Even better, by cutting out the middleman, Firetree pay their cocoa producers two to three times the going rate.
