Rennet & Rind
Rennet & Rind has been in business for more than 30 years and works closely with independent British cheesemakers to supply their customers with fine cheeses that, once made are then aged in Rennet & Rind’s maturing rooms.
Maturing cheese is a true artform – it’s called affinage (coined by the French) and both owner Mark and Perry, who is head of cheese, have more than 40 years of experience between them. Their CV’s are extensive and they are well respected around the world.
The cheese you’ll find at Rennet & Rind is sublime in texture, aroma and taste. You won’t be surprised to know that the team decided to create their own cheeses: The Duke (a cultured blue cheese that was awarded Super Gold at The World Cheese Awards) and The Duchess (an alpine-like cheese, bathed in English Sparkling Rosé that was awarded Bronze at The World Cheese Awards in San Sebastián).
