Head Chef John Shuttleworth and his team create imaginative dishes using the very best homegrown, local and seasonal ingredients, complemented by a friendly and passionate front-of-house team. Guests can enjoy lunch Thursday to Sunday in the restaurant or alfresco on the summer terrace, with live music on selected dates. Dinner is served Monday to Sunday. Choose from a three or six-course dinner menu or a ten-course tasting menu, including the option to dine at the kitchen bench.
