Lily & Honey Bakery opened in Oakham in November 2019. Owners Robert and Nicolle Bradbury freshly bake sourdough loaves and other treats each day. Their white and olive sourdough loaves are excellent, and so is their sweet ‘Scandi’ sourdough, which contains cranberries and spices. In 2019, Lily & Honey won two gold stars in the Great Taste Awards.
You’ll also find a small collection of cakes, savouries and tray bakes. These include cheese straws, vegan chocolate cake, banana loaf, granola, and custard tarts.
