The Bronze Pig is an intimate and stylish hotel – with a restaurant – close to the castle in historic Lincoln.
Meat and vegetables are sourced locally and there is a focus on using fish from renewable sources. Fine wine adds to the experience when you are dining here, and you’ll find both old-world and new-world wines that have been specifically chosen by a sommelier. Each dish on the menu features a recommended wine so it would be rude not to sample a glass.
Menus change often depending on what is in season. The menu may include starters such as: broad bean and pine nut risotto; crab tian or duck egg; main courses such as: summer green beet tart; seabass with pickled vegetables or barbecue pork. Then why not finish off lunch with something sweet? The raspberry parfait sounds perfect to us!
How about pig’s head terrine or duck confit to start? And perhaps the salmon or duck for main? You may wish to end your meal on a sweet note with dessert and three paired wines or whiskies.
