The Bytham Kitchen create chutneys, pickles and preserves that will most definitely tickle your tastebuds!
Created by chef Andy Heaps, each jar is made with love using traditional methods and, while classic recipes are available there’s lots of unusual combinations, too! One such example is the Cucumber Bread & Butter Pickle based on Andy’s grandmother’s own recipe and best served with cold cuts. Delicious!
The Banana & Pineapple Tropical Fruit Chutney is the perfect accompaniment to South Asian dishes and was inspired by Andy’s aunt who likes to chop up a banana and serve on top of curry!
If you’re planning to serve up a cheeseboard (with local cheese, of course!), why not try the Spicy Apple & Walnut Chutney which fuses the earthiness of walnuts with the sharpness of Bramley apples.
Christmas is a busy time at The Bytham Kitchen and Andy is often found preparing jar upon jar of deliciousness that will delight dinner guests and make lovely gifts. This year, hampers are on offer and will combine selected chutneys, pickles and preserves with some great products from other local businesses.
You can order online and the minimum order is three jars, inclusive of postage.
