The Royal Oak, Kirby Muxloe
The Royal Oak in Kirby Muxloe is a traditional village pub with roaring log fires and cosy nooks. It’s a place where locals can meet for a drink after work and friends can enjoy breakfast. Talking of which, fancy a champagne breakfast? It’s available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am (booking is essential) and includes champagne (of course!), cooked breakfast and a choice of delicious items from the breakfast table. A less fancy – but still tasty – cooked breakfast menu is on offer daily.
The early bird menu is particularly popular and is available from 12noon until 6.30pm. At £12.95 for two courses, it’s really good value and there’s plenty of options for vegetarians, too.
In the evening, choose from the restaurant or bar menu. There’s a dedicated childrens’ menu served Monday to Saturday 12-9pm and Sunday lunch is of course on the menu!
