Colemans Deli
Colemans Deli is a lovely little family-friendly café deli in the heart of the Peak District. You find top coffee (ethically sourced and then roasted in Sheffield), delicious dishes, and delectable desserts all served with a smile.
It’s a busy spot that’s popular with walkers, climbers and local families. And there’s always delicious treats visible on counters to tempt those passing by. You can watch the chef rustling up the dishes from the serving counter or sit by the large windows overlooking Hathersage village.
We call in here quite often for brunch after walking the Peak District and would recommend The Derbyshire Oatcake – served with ham, eggs and spiced tomatoes. It’s the perfect taste combination and certainly fortifying after a long walk. Teas are served in beautiful bespoke teapots.
All breads, cakes and pastries sold here come from local bakeries and the pain au chocolat comes highly recommended!
Colemans also offer a takeaway service of picnic boxes, perfect if you’re off into the hills for the day and fancy lunch with a view!
