E. Lee & Sons Family Butchers

E. Lee Butchers in Earls Barton is maintaining a tradition of a butcher on this premises since 1890. E Lee & Sons started in 1944 and is still going strong today. And in fact, the current proprietor, Ian, first started as a butcher’s boy in 1968 and became a master butcher in 1983. Tradition, experience and expertise are hugely important at E Lee & Sons. They only sell British meat sourced directly from local farms. Their meat is matured naturally and they only use traditional methods of preparation to ensure optimum flavour and texture.

They also have a fantastic range of pies, sausages and burgers all of which are handmade and prepared on the premises. They pride themselves in their huge range of sausage recipes, but are open to suggestions! So if you have an idea for an amazing new sausage flavour, get down to Earls Barton and they can turn it into reality. And if you are looking to throw something on the grill, there are plenty of flavoured kebabs or pork ribs available too.
