Field & Farm Butchers in Broxbourne is a standout for quality, variety and personal service. It’s run by Mark Howe-Shepherd, a lovely chap who named his business ‘Field & Farm’ to reflect his dedication to both traditional meat cuts and also game such as venison, rabbit, and pheasant.
If you’re looking for a traditional cut of meat then you’re in luck, but there also home-made sausages, home cooked ham and cured bacon and in-season game. Plus sausage rolls, pies, burgers and pasties. He also sells fantastic BBQ meats too such as minted lamb kebabs, Mexican chicken breast or jerk wings – all are freshly prepared on-site.
