Hambleton Hall’s Michelin-starred chef Aaron Patterson has created the new menus in partnership with Hart’s head chef Martin Sludds. Expect classic, flavoursome, exciting British dishes made with the best seasonal ingredients, plus a serious wine list compiled by owner Tim Hart.
