J.R.G & S. Mould Butchers of Nassington was established in 1890 by current owner Simon Mould’s great uncle, George Mould.

Simon and his assistant Victor Burns are embedded in Nassington village life. They greet customers like family members, offering advice on selecting the right cut of meat for your recipe.

All meat sold here is traceable to handpicked suppliers. Their sausages – made to a recipe unchanged since 1890 – won bronze in the Great British Banger Awards 2014.
