Prévost at The Haycock
Prévost opened in Peterborough more than a decade ago and offered a much-feted culinary experience, attracting diners from far and wide and chef Lee Clarke built up a stellar reputation, being recognised by both Michelin and Hardens.
In 2020, Lee opened Prévost at the newly-renovated Haycock Manor Hotel in Wansford and it’s proving more popular than ever. The dining room is stylish and welcoming (you can even enjoy your meal in a decadent giant birdcage) and the team provides the warmest of welcomes.
Dishes are innovative and gloriously presented – this is art on a plate. Lee uses the best local ingredients and seasonal produce from the Haycock’s gardens and will introduce your palate to new flavours and textures.
