Stir

Stir is an independent neighbourhood coffee shop located in the CB4 area of Cambridge, just to the north-east of the city centre. Their aim is to provide a relaxed, convivial meeting place for people who live and work in this part of town.

They serve Butterworth & Son coffee, a specialist roaster based in Bury St Edmunds. Their food comes from local suppliers where possible, is ethically sourced and sold at competitive prices. They don’t have an extensive menu but what they do serve is of good quality and prepared with pride and passion. You can eat breakfast here until noon and brunch till 3pm.

There is outdoor seating for those halcyon summer days and they also have a large space available for hire. Stir also runs regular events such as “Knit & Natter” and “New Parents’ Coffee Mornings”.

The place has a lovely relaxed and welcoming feel.
