As well as selling fresh meat, Redhill Farm produces bacon, hams, sausages, black pudding, pork pies and specialities such as Lincolnshire haslet. The majority of the business remains local. It has a fantastic farm shop in Lincoln city centre – Redhill Farm Shop in the Bail – and another outlet on the farm in Blyton Carr – Redhill Farm Shop on the Farm. The passionate team also stand at Lincolnshire farmers’ markets, taking part in 20 markets each month, as well as selling products online.
