The Hitchin branch of Say Doughnuts joins it’s elder Bedford sibling in bringing amazing doughnuts to a very grateful community. Say is all about providing joy, through fresh doughnuts and great coffee. What a wonderful ethos!
Say is the brainchild of Aaron Shade and Sarah Ball who started making doughnuts during lockdown and started to build their profile on social media. Fast forward a few years and there’s now two locations and it’s a proper family business with their children helping out regularly too.
The Hitchin branch is located in full view of St Mary’s church just between the river and the town square. A perfect spot to grab a coffee on your way into town, or a box of doughnuts if you’re on your way home! On our visit we couldn’t resist a lovely selection including the OG, the lemon & blueberry, the pistachio & cherry and the millionaires. They were all delightful!
