Sustain Coffee Co is the brainchild of Mohamed “Mo” Ben Achour, which he launched in 2019. Mo sources coffee ethically from all over the world and roasts it in his Old Hatfield location.
At Sustain, there’s a clear passion for specialty coffee. They travel all over the world to build connections with suppliers – to understand their environments and the people behind the businesses. This is all in service of making exceptional coffee experiences. They champion ethical sourcing, sustainable roasting, and eco-friendly packaging and in their words “honouring the land and the people behind every cup”.
The shop and roastery in Salisbury Square is a coffee-lover’s paradise! You can pick up some bags of beans or fresh blends and get plenty of advice and guidance on what to buy. You’ll also see the roasting in action in the back with Mo and team bagging up deliveries. Plus grab yourself a coffee too of course!
