A Little Taste of Seoul is the realisation of a dream for owner True Meischke and her mother Sam. After the success of their food production business Bluebadger Foods, they have now opened a shop dedicated to all things Korea!
True had spent some time in Seoul studying, and there she realised it was quite hard to get hold of vegetarian or vegan food. When her mum Sam came to visit she saw this too and learned how to make vegan and vegetarian dishes for herself and her daughter. When she got back to the UK, Sam started making the kimchi and other Korean products and the two of them started selling them at pop-ups and markets.
Now, though, they have a physical shop at the wonderful Offley Hoo Farm called A Little Taste of Seoul. In there you will find the whole Bluebadger range as well as other Hertfordshire favourites such as Hertford Sauce Co and Rollagranola.
