Tagg Lane Dairy is an award-winning dairy in the Derbyshire Peak District near Bakewell. Here, the Boam family produce excellent raw milk and ice cream from their herd of Jersey cattle. They also run a coffee shop serving ice cream and light snacks.
Milk is at the heart of the operation and it is exceptional. This is raw cows’ milk, filtered and cooled to retain all active ingredients: enzymes, probiotics, healthy fats, proteins, vitamins and calcium.
