The Castle Inn
The Castle Inn in Castle Bytham is a village pub that has evolved to provide its community with not just a place to meet and socialise but also somewhere to go and stock up on groceries – much of which comes from local suppliers. The Pantry is located in one of the pub’s outbuildings and the scotch eggs, sausage rolls, pasties and pies are made on-site by the pub chef.
Takeaway slots are offered for those who want to enjoy delicious cooked food at home but if you’d like the visit The Castle Inn, why not book a table in the heated ‘Taverna’ where you can enjoy the type of ambiance you’d expect to experience on holiday. Thursday is currently tapas evening and you’ll definitely need to book ahead, while Friday night is dedicated to fish and chips. On Sunday mornings between 10am-12noon, you can swing by for bacon baps or a Full English.
The Castle Inn is a pub – but it’s so much more. We can’t wait to see what they do next!
