The Circle Eatery, Bingham

Simple, fresh and local – that’s the ethos behind The Circle Eatery in Bingham. The meat comes from Clive Lancasters & Sons in Bingham, the bread is from Welbeck Abbey up the road, the coffee from 200 Degrees in West Bridgford and fresh produce is sourced from local greengrocers.

Brunch, lunch and evening meals are available and including dishes such as the vegan breakfast (avocado, basil oil, chilli oil, tomato, mushroom, spinach, potato rosti, beans & toast); Gyros on house-made flatbread, fries, salad and tzatziki and fillet steak burger with caramelised onion, cheddar, fresh rocket and Circle’s own special sauce.

Drinks – both soft and non-alcoholic are available and we love the sound of Renishaw Hall Sparkling Brut from nearby Derbyshire! Oh, and the milkshakes…

Takeway dishes are also available in eco-friendly and compostable packages if you haven’t got time to eat in. It’s worth noting that there’s a kids’ menu too, including simple dishes such as pizza and pasta.
