The Station Hotel in Hucknall was built in 1892-93 and is an imposing Victorian building but had fallen into disrepair until it was taken over in 2017 by Lincoln Green Brewing Company. It has now been restored to its former glory by reinstating the original corner door and displaying nostalgic memorabilia from the railway which gave it its name.

It’s a great pub for drinkers with around 20 hand-pulled real ales including its own range – Marion 3.8% Pale Ale, Hood 4.2% Best Bitter, Archer 4.4% American Pale Ale and Tuck 4.7% Porter. You don’t have to be from Nottingham to know what inspired those names either! Lincoln Green is proud of Nottingham’s brewing heritage and sources goods and services from local businesses where they can.

If you fancy a bite to eat, The Station Hotel has plenty of options (including a lovely afternoon tea menu if you’re feeling fancy) and those looking for a place to stay with plenty of character, will feel more than at home here.
