Tilbrook Grange is a 1,200 acre farm located on the B660 between Kimbolton and Catworth. The Hunter family have run the farm since 1947 and have produced beef since 1960. They’ve recently started supplying customers directly, inspired by the public’s increased focus on quality and traceability.
This Red Tractor-approved farm – part of the Higher Level Environmental Scheme – aims to produce the highest quality Red Ruby Devon beef from prize-winning animals. It uses traditional farming methods, including a diet of the best grass rations possible. With an eye on the environment, Tilbook Grange produces its own electricity from a wind turbine, saving tonnes of carbon each year.
All beef sold by Tilbrook Grange is fully traceable back to the individual animal and is air dried for three weeks before cutting.
