Trussells Butchers is a superb family butcher’s shop in the heart of Knebworth. It’s been going for over 120 years and currently led by Paul Trussell alongside a dedicated team.
Their meats are sourced from local and UK farms where animal welfare and sustainability come first. Pick up grass-fed chicken fillets, legs and wings; cuts of beef, lamb and pork; all fresh and beautifully presented. There are also a great range of BBQ options too like burgers, sausages and marinated kebabs.
There’s also a deli at Trussells too. Homecooked and cured meats, plenty of cheeses and their signature pies. Plus pop in for breakfast or lunch – there’s a good offering of hot and cold snacks to go!
And the quality has been consistently recognised by the industry. It’s earned numerous Gold and Silver accolades from the National Craft Butchers awards.
