Harvesting the milling wheat in Notts

Farmeco is a community carefarm located near Bingham, Nottinghamshire.

As the sun was setting on August 9, 2011, Great Food magazine went to see its combine in action.

Being harvested was a field of milling wheat, which will be used to make bread.

Farmeco manager David Rose (above left) and Angus Reid (above right) were in for a long night, trying to beat the rain.
