Stamford Cookery School launches

Stamford Cookery School has been launched by local businesswoman Denise Taylor and French chef Thierry Daugeron.

Located on Brownlow Street, Stamford, it will offer all kinds of cookery lessons, from French patisserie to basic skills.

Denise and Thierry have teamed up with around 20 local partners, including Jollydale Cyder, Riverford, The Pickled Village, Amphora Wines, Quenby Hall and Chater Valley. This will ensure they work with exceptional, local ingredients.

The kitchen in which lessons will take place has been fitted to a high standard.

Yesterday was the press launch. Great Food will be working closely with Stamford Cookery School in future issues to bring you cooking tutorials and more.
