From the beginning, Coffee Lab set out to make speciality coffee feel approachable rather than exclusive. That ethos remains central to the company’s identity, with an emphasis on high-quality coffee served in relaxed, inclusive spaces where customers can work, socialise and unwind. Across its five Hertfordshire locations (Bishop’s Stortford, Hitchin, Hertford, Ware and Welwyn GC), you’ll find friendly baristas, a relaxed environment and clever decor.
