Martin Bros Micropizzeria

Martin Bros Micropizzeria is a new establishment run by brothers Josh and Aaron and Josh’s partner Vanessa Poludniak.  They’ve created a following for their pizza through events and pop-ups over the last three years. Now they have created their own venue in the Clarendon Park suburb of Leicester to showcase their fine Neapolitan pizzas and a superb range of craft beers.

Pizza dough is fermented for two days before being adorned with artisan smoked meats, fior-di-latte mozzarella, sweet San Marzano tomatoes, burrata or your choice of vegetables. A changing roster of ten craft beers from around the world are on offer along with low-sulphite natural wines.

It’s a small, intimate venue that offers simple pleasures, done brilliantly.
