Beaurepaire Patisserie
Beaurepaire Patisserie is a charming little curiosity shop of delectable delights in the centre of Belper. It offers a lovely, personal service, luscious lunches, excellent afternoon teas and delicious cakes.
At first, you think you’re entering a small lower-floor café specialising in desserts. But when you ascend the narrow staircase you’re transported into a charming tearoom with three separate areas. Each is creatively decorated with vintage wonders. The top floor boasts ‘Granny’s Parlour’ for private dining and a delightful cloakroom.
Classic lunch options are available including quiches, baked potatoes, sandwiches and more, all written on blackboards in gold frames above the main counter. Afternoon teas are also on offer, as well as gluten-free goodies.
Owners Chris and Jamie have run Beaurepaire Patisserie for six years and have now opened a second shop in the bustling town.
