The Red Cow sits in an historic Grade II-listed building on the northern edge of Harpenden. It’s a charming locals’ pub with cosy corners, two fireplaces and some stools at the bar. Plus there’s a courtyard garden out the back to catch some sun too.
It’s a place to drop into after a long dog walk or for midweek quiz nights, live music or just a quiet pint or two with friends.
As it’s one of the pubs in the Farr Brew stable, you can be assured there’s always some dependable cask ales on draught, plus a well-stocked back-bar is guaranteed.
If you’re hungry, do try one of their handmade pizzas. There’s a range of toppings all with a nice crispy base. They go really well with a pint or two of cask ale! Plus if you need a snack for your four-legged friend, there’s a jar of treats on the bar.
