Melbourne Deli, run by Mayssa and Victoria, is based in the picturesque market town of Melbourne, South Derbyshire. It’s a delightful welcoming shop, situated right in the middle of town. There are plenty of fresh snacks or lunches to takeaway, as well as deli staples such as coffee, chutneys, sauces and biscuits.

Mayssa originally hails from Lebanon and her heritage shines through in much of the foods she produces. Delicious Lebanese mezze dishes such as salads, falafel, hummus, baba ganoush and chicken shwarma are produced on site Wednesday to Saturday. There are lots of other lunch options too such as pies, quiches, scotch eggs, sausage rolls and homemade sourdough toasties. Plus there’s an excellent cheese & bakery counter and featuring wonderful breads from The Welbeck Bakehouse and cheeses from across the UK.

For those with a sweet tooth, Melbourne’s the place to pick up beautiful cakes, brownies, baklava or some stunning Turkish Delight!
