The secret is the fat- and protein-rich milk produced by Manor Farm’s 300-strong herd of pedigree Friesians. Manor Farm owners Peter and Cheryl Holmes have farmed in Thrussington for more than 40 years, taking over from Peter’s father, who bought the farm before the Second World War.

All the Finalists create superb products but it’s Manor Farm that takes the coveted title of Great Food Club Food Producer of the Year 2020/21.
