Bob’s Corby
Bob’s Corby popped up in 2020 and it’s been gaining in popularity steadily since it first opened its doors – we were first told about it by one of our members and couldn’t wait to pop in. We were really impressed with how friendly the staff are and how delicious the food is. Bob’s sources as much as possible from the local area and offers a ‘coffee lounge by day, gourmet takeaway by night.’
The cafe is open from Tuesday to Saturday while takeaways are available on Friday and Saturday with delivery up to six miles away. So if you’re local and fancy something delicious for dinner, this is a great option.
On the menu, you’ll find handcrafted food such as Bang Bang Chicken, The Pilgrim (pulled pork and gravy), Five Spice Chicken loaded fries, Bao Chicka Wow Buns (which look amazing) and always lots of coffee and cake.
All the packaging used for takeaways are fully compostable or recyclable, too.
