Mollis is one of Nottingham’s most exciting dining experiences and specialises in fried chicken, soft-serve ice cream and cocktails. Take a seat in the graffiti-daubed dining room and enjoy the vibes with hip-hop playing in the background.  The flavours on offer, from breathtaking cocktails (containing ingredients such as split hay cream tequila, pine caramel and black cardamom vinegar) to the irresistible fried chicken and electrifying ice cream creations, are intense, massive and life-affirming.

Owner Alex Bond and the team have, as far as we can tell, come up with a unique concept – a joyfully original creation that will get even the most jaded, cynical palates dancing for joy. Mollis has the power to energise, maybe even inspire.
