Cyprus extra virgin olive oil, shipped direct from the harvest
OliveOlive, created by Rob and Pam Marsden, brings the taste of Cyprus to the UK through their family’s olive groves. Since 2013 they’ve imported extra virgin olive oil made by Pam’s cousin, Bambos, who mills fruit from his own trees and those of neighbouring smallholders.
Olives are cold-pressed within hours of picking, with no heat treatment or chemicals. The result is a creamy, peppery oil with real freshness and clear traceability back to the groves. Each season’s harvest ships straight to the UK, with no wholesalers or middlemen.
Alongside the flagship extra virgin oil, OliveOlive produces fused oils by pressing fresh ingredients with the olives. Look out for basil, chilli, garlic, lemon and rosemary. There’s also traditional Cyprus village halloumi, handmade and far removed from supermarket versions, plus a growing range of Greek-inspired spice blends.
