Rob and Pam Marsden are the couple behind OliveOlive – Rob lived in Cyprus in the 90s and always wanted to return. Pam is from Cyprus. But they didn’t meet there – they met in Cambridge.

While on a visit to Cyprus, they came upon an idea – one of Pam’s relatives Bambos, is an olive farmer and they decided that more people needed to try this exquisite olive oil. And so, they began to import it.

The oil is smooth and creamy and is produced in a small, coastal village with all the olives being handpicked and cold-pressed within 24 hours. You’ll find OliveOlive products at food festivals in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties, online, and in dishes on the menu at some of the area’s best restaurants.

In addition to olive oil, there’s also Cyprus Village halloumi cheese handmade in Cyprus the traditional way by a multi-award winning Cypriot artisan halloumi producer. Unlike the squeaky, synthetic offering you may find in many supermarkets, this is how halloumi is supposed to be – full of flavour and a less rubbery texture. So if you’d like a real taste of Cyprus, you know where you’ll find it.
